how can this title compare to the previous?

Ok! Well I have been missing and hopefully you understand. Not like life doesn't have so much coming at you that you don't even need to give more time to this computer. But, here we are. It is February now and we have a referral. We got our referral packet (twice). The first time it got delivered to our church where we serve as youth pastors and we didn't know it! AHH..freaking out, Christy resent it USPS this time. Bless AGCI for doing that. I was just hoping and praying that some random stranger didn't have all of our girls info in their hands. They didn't. Prayer answered.

So what do we have to do know?:
  • get paperwork notarized
  • print out invoices
  • write one big, ol' fat, honkin' check
  • fax paper to our homestudy lady and have her sign and mail it back to us.

DEADLINE--Mail by next Wednesday!

The buzz about these girls have been incredible. I must make a note of the lovely details. The day we decided to adopt these girls our boys had already begun praying for them at meals, bed time and in their super church class. My brother in law had an Ethiopian waitress in Colorado, the day we had to decide whether to persue the girls or not. My mother in law had been dreaming of the girls since the first photo she saw. She didn't tell us because she wanted it to be our decison. All of us fell in love immediately. Our church family is so supportive and excited in every way.

Yesterday, my chinese fortune cookie said "You will be taking a vacation over a large body of water"! haha

The girls are a part of us in so many ways. I wake up wondering what are they doing. How is the oldest doing in school? What do like, dislike, feel like? I want to know everything..but I have to wait. This all happened so fast it's almost surreal to me that we are living in this realm.

Once again, all I can say is THANK YOU LORD. This is all you anyway. I'm not in control and most often feel out of control. But that is perfectly fine by me.

Anber I am so happy for you and the wonderful outpouring of support you're receiving.

The fact that your boys are praying for them and the MIL is dreaming about them is beautiful. And the fortune cookie..WOW!

God is truly amazing.
