What more can be said. Awesome things are happening! Even though I'm not writing them here, they are happening.
1. referral packet sent back AGCI-yes, we approved those girls M + B!!
2. payments sent to AGCI
3. we both applied for passports a week or so ago.
4. we applied for our I600-a one week ago.
5. mailed our Dossier with 2 full copies to AGCI with our referral packet. Should arrive tomorrow or the next day!!!
SO..how can I feel any better.
Not too mention there is a depth in God's spirit that my family and church are arriving at that is like no other. All very positive. Moving up to a new level is A-ok by me.
I have decided to post some fun here too this week. I am going to celebrate for all the hard work we have done and have accomplished. In other words, I have been shopping! I know, it's a tough call because we don't know what the girls measurements will be or when we will actually be holding their sweet little hands and walking them home. But I can't help it. I'm guesstimating and have bought 3t for M and 5t for B. We got their most recent measurements 2 weeks ago stating the M is 29.6 lbs. and B is 36 lbs. They are stated as 3 and 6 years olds.
So what did come in the mail today:
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=21425705&ref=vt_other_1

This is handmade out of African fabric by a girl in Australia. She has been there numerous times and has a sincere heart for that country.
I got both the girls one of these. They seem a little big with is fine. They can be worn as dresses over tights and then as shirts as they grow taller.
Go check out her shop. She will work with you on sizes and the items ship very quickly.

Hey Amber,
Cute little dress!
Cute garment. You say it's an African fabric, and theat the young lady has been to that country, but what country? Africa is an eitire continent, not a country.
Congrats on getting all the stuff done. You have been busy!! Thos shirts are adorable. :)
Hi Amber. I found your blog through AGCI's Listserve. Congratulations on getting your dossier sent in. We will be sending ours this week (hopefully) so we're moving along together. We're adopting an 8 year old boy. I'll be reading your blogs.
