to have abandoned this blog. Since my last post we have had Thanksgiving

, one of our twin boys have got baptized

and I made my first sale in my etsy shop..www.punkinpieproductions.etsy.com

Steps We Have Taken

June 19th-A FAMILY of 7. Hallelujah!
June 19th-Back on US soil.
June 18th-Chow Ethiopia. We will see you agan.
June 17th-met birth mom, grandmother and two other friends. WOW, we got to cry and pray together. Thank you Lord for an answer to prayer.
June 16th- Embassy appointment
June 15th-WE MEET OUR GIRLS FACE TO FACE! WOW GOD YOU ARE AWESOME!
June 14th-SELAM ETHIOPIA! Ahhh..we love it here.
June 12-13, staying in Rome. The pope is nice but our girls are better. Hang on girls, we are coming!
June 11th-Hoping on a jet plane. Here we come girlies.
May 30th- NO TB. We can travel!
May 21st - WE PASSED COURT. The girls are legally and wholly ours. Thank the Lord.
May 21st - Our Court Date
April 17 - WE HAVE A COURT DATE...May 21st!!
April 13 - Update on our girls from Christy who went to HH for a week:)
March 25 - USCIS fingerprinting appointment for him and I
March 3-items arrive to AGCI. Dossier is being sent to Washington D.C. to be authenticated! Goodies are going to our girls in Ethiopia!
March 2-overnighted 2 Dossier forms, dolls and scrapbooks to AGCI
February 28th-Passport and AGCI travel info comes in mail
February 24th- Christy needs to redo two forms in our Dossier
February 23rd - ONE GIANT LEAP..mailed of referral packet with Dossier and final payment to AGCI
February 20th - mailed off I-600a application overnight
February 20th - my husband applies for his passport
February 16th - I apply for my passport
February 2 - we call Christy saying "those girls are ours"...AGCI agrees!!
January 30 - referral packet comes after a misplacement by postman!!
January 28th - conference call with Emily House discussing potential issues and future possibilities with these girls
January 27th - the girls are available but the choice of family lies in AGCI hands due to traumatic history
January 26 - we inquire about two sisters "M + B"
January 23 - waiting children email comes that rocks our world
January 13th - homestudy payment mailed to them
January 12th - homestudy sent to AGCI for review
January 12th - 2nd physical done for me so it doesn't expire
December 10th - homestudy read and reviwed
November 17th - FINGERPRINTS DONE!!
November 12th - 3rd fingerprint attempt/failed no drivers license
November 7th - CEFS fingerprints/2nd failed attempt
November 6th - AGCI phone call
November 5th - mail "Eyes Wide Open" notebook
October 29th - gather birth certificates from court house
October 28th - last homestudy appointment
October 23rd - AGCI phone call with Christy, Ethiopian director
October 20th - Dossier packet arrives
October 17th - CEFS Effingham/no fingerprinting available
October 14th - Mailed AGCI payment and paperwork
September 9th - Adoption Papers filled and sent
August 27th - AGCI call
August 21sth - schedule conference call with Kiersten AGCI
August 5th - email homestudy autobiographies
August 4th - Agree to Adopt Sibling Group/ Hopefully Twins
July 10th - Persue Adoption Fully
